Yet another server crash, all gear lost this time

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam

Bug Description:

server unstable, killed my character (even if in safe spot), disconnect, unable to login again for all players, while server continued during purge. Lost all equipment
According to serverlog i got killed, nothing stating what killed me, aka bug kill

Please restore equipment and make sure servers are way more stable

I don’t think they will give you back the equipment you lost. But I hope they fix the problem in the game.

Had the same issue last wipe—server crashed during a purge, and I lost everything. Even backups didn’t help since autosave kicked in post-crash. Now I stash backup gear in a hidden chest just in case. Funcom really needs better crash recovery or rollbacks. Reporting it is worth a shot, but don’t expect restored loot unless it’s an official server.
