Bug Reproduction:

the Zath trainer on 1511 is missing in action. Can someone please plant them where they should be?

Sorry to hear that. In the meantime, if you have fragments of power, you can eat those until you have the 50 points needed to unlock zath in your feats, or if you know the tablet of power recipe, craft one of those to give you 60 feat points to unlock zath in feats.
