Zombie Pit World Event? Is that a thing?

Hey guys!

So I’ve came back to the game after a while and since I haven’t done Black Keep in detail before (just went in with friends, got recipes and killed boss once) I wanted to give it a go solo. When I was done and got out, it was dark and I was trying to navigate around, that’s when I’ve come down from stairs and have encountered bunch of zombies that seems to pe spawning from some kind of a pit surrounded by spiky rocks and it was really foggy around the area. Like I’ve said, it was dark and I was carrying some loot. Also didn’t know what would come out of it so panicked and rushed away.

Now, I’ve never explored around that area but switched to single-player to check and there was nothing.

I was wondering if this was actually a world event (never done or seen those before as well) that I’ve stumbled on or something else because I’ve never seen anything like it before.

To be precise, I haven’t been playing since after siptah launch so there are a lot of things that I’m not familiar with but this really got me curious.

Sounds like the Witch Hunt encounter.

Oh yeah! Just checked the video of it and yes. That was it! I can’t believe I’ve ran away from my first world event lol. Thank you so much for the reply

All the events iv had so far all seemed buggy in some sense :unamused:

The event with the caravans and snake people ends with the last boss getting stuck inside another egg after the first one breaks. I can win but only with explosive items.

The ritual interrupted (I think that’s what it’s called) after I kill the last boss the blood beast thing the black area effect doesn’t disappear and I get no indication the event is complete.

Can’t wait to see how the other events go
