On Official server 6453 pve-c asia I found a player with 12 animal pens stacked up. Can anyone tell me why this is.Im just trying to learn something here.

Probably a gold farm. Are there rocknoses inside?

I did 5, one atop another via pillars and ceiling tiles, in order to farm Ichor. Currently just two though. From five I got about 300 to 400 ichor per day. With two I guess it’s about 150/day or something like that.
