We are still trying to be a community of Conan Players, then we came across some hackers in 1999, 1985 and so on in America Servers. I think Funcom doesnt want to help Conan Exiles commnuty anymore, well this is farewell.
You will need to grab screen footage of the hacking and report it via the usual logging channels for anything to be able to be done.
In past tickets, Funcom have asked for video footage to prove the issues. No idea how practical that would be.
ive sent clear video footage of obvious hacking quite a few times, including more video proof after the initial email. 9 times out of 10 i’ll get the “this issue has been resolved and closed” email and still see the exact same players using the exact same characters and id’s still hacking on the same server. but now if some noob who has never been in a big raid where the lag causes a bunch of players to teleport around that report gets taken seriously and legit players get banned. we have to record every fight and every raid now because of false reports

And recording everything can make the performance of your device tank depending on what you have.
It’s a no win situation no matter what we do.
It depends on who is having fun. It is easier to just point out the exploit.
the usually only people who are having fun when there are hackers on the server are the hackers
what for recordign every fight? you can not appeal on a ban, you can not defend yourself until you get three strikes and get globably banned. they will send you to read the rules and agree with them that you can not appeal on a ban
You can appeal a ban, you can’t appeal a suspension
you can appeal a ban, you cant appeal a suspension. since funcom wont tell you what you was actually banned for when one of our clan members or friends does get a ban. we appeal the ban and send every recording from every member that has video of them fighting or raiding along with their own recording of the fights and raids. so far we have successfully overturned every ban.
