The server has been out for a few days, many are already complaining but you don’t even post why it’s down

2583 is still down. Multiple tickets submitted by my clan and no response

It’s very aggravating. Like you said, sever 2583 has been down for multiple days now and we have zero updates.
Can someone please provide us an update or fix it? Tons of people on this server including myself and my clan have submitted multiple tickets for this server being down and we’ve heard nothing.

What’s even more infuriating is that FunCom keeps closing out tickets out saying it’s resolved when it’s not!
Go check your ticket and see! The status shows resolved and I haven’t even received a confirmation email stating they received my ticket.

2583 has been down since Thursday. Not showing in official listijg of servers. Multiple people and I have submitted a report but we have not heard anything other than they received our report. Please help!

Yeah, the sever has been down since Thursday and we have absolutely no updates at all.
Can someone please At least provide us an update or get it fixed?
Server 2583 has been down since Thursday, 08/04/2022 and we haven’t heard anything regarding this outage. My entire clan along with multiple players on the server have submitted tickets, posts, etc. and we haven’t heard anything about it.
Does anyone have any new information or know what’s going on? We’d greatly appreciate an update regarding this issue.

Same continuous problem for 3 days now. Luckily this isn’t ARK and my thralls starve to death.

Server is still down after 4 days. Funcom has set all tickets to “solved” but have yet to resolve the issue. Server is still down and still no answers.

We’re still experiencing the same thing. In previous conversation, FunCom left a comment stating that they were working on it early this morning, but haven’t had any updates on what’s going on.
I tried contacting GPortal since that’s who FunCom stated they were in contact with, but GPortal advised me that they can’t assist me, so we’re back to square one of this waiting game.
I’m hoping we haven’t lost everything and the actual sever has been down since Thursday.
Hopefully we’ll get some good news regarding server 2583 and it will be back online.
