#3075 is broken

There’s something wrong with this server. I haven’t played since before the mount update, decided to return recently. I downloaded the game again yesterday, logged in to my old 3075 server and the game feels like there’s 0,5 FPS or even less. I can’t move, can barely turn the camera. My first thought was that someone has built a huge castle nearby and it tries to load so I decided to wait until my character died from hunger and respawned in the desert. Didn’t help. Every other server I log in to after this one feels bugged as well until I reboot the console.
But! If I chose any other server after the reboot, they work fine. Until I try to log in to 3075 then the whole game is broken again.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. log in to 3075
  2. the game is bugged now

Hi @Kawaty, thank you for reporting this, we’ll reach out to G-Portal to determine if there’s any issue with the server and register the performance issue.

Server #3075 was temporarily taken down for some maintenance, could you let us know if the issue persists at this time, as we’ve been monitoring its activity and it seems to have stabilized?

3075 is still bugged for me. Could this be a personal issue? Not sure why other servers work fine if that’s the case but I can play on another one if it’s just me.

Could you first try to rebuild the PS4 database and, if that doesn’t help, perform a full reinstall?

Non of that helped unfortunately.
Currently it seems like every official server I try have this issue exept for the #3222. Private ones are ok.

Is your PS4 on a wired connection?

If not could you try doing connecting it to your router through cable rather than wireless and try connecting to those and a few additional servers?

Also, please let us know your current region, ISP and the servers you had issues connecting to, as well as those that you didn’t.
