Bug Description:

Hello I play on an “official” server #2121 PvE Conflict on Xbox Serie X.

I am currently level 60 and it isn’t possible for me to use 60 attribute points.
My character remains stuck at 59 points even after using a beastly memory potion…

There is no question that i recreate a character when this problem can be solved using a simple command line… I opened a request on Zendesk but I’m still waiting for news!

Help please!

I had this happen to me on official pc…many others too…I had no choice but to restart/delete my character sad to say…got no help btw…If you have other clan members or a friend that can jump on and join your clan,promote them to leader,delete your character,make a new one then get clan invite so you dont loose anything…sorry.

I can’t do that, I’m a solo player.
Besides, I’m not going to waste my gaming hours on farming, construction and so on!
what are the official servers for in this case?

Bump Funcom, game master on this server ?
It takes two seconds to do this command in admin…

I agree…Im solo too…Def sucks…But your not gonna get any help from funcom…Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but its true…best to decide what your gonna do now,instead of wasting your time.

What if i recreate my character and i still have the bug ?

I would have lost everything, my long hours of games, my stuff, my thralls etc for nothing.

Things need to change, Funcom can do this in 4 seconds to resolve this problem.

They intervene well on the servers in the event of an abusive construction problem or that sort of thing…

Difficult to say, i noticed it quite late in reality and when i realized it i tried everything…

Potion, disconnection and nothing to do.

Still 59 points but level 60 and according to my research this bug is quite common.

Solo players or server admins resolve this problem by assigning 1 attribute point with the administration console.

ok fine but in the meantime can a game master give me an attribute point to correct this?

I remain stuck waiting and at a disadvantage…

Yes you will loose everything,unless you get someone to help you like I recommended…Sad to say…I also got responses from Funcom and even emails…ended up with nothing but a run around…but that was when the decay system messed up and deleted all my stuff a day early…on exiled lands and siptah! Lost it all! When I had your problem,I I got no help from funcom,just the community, but was told what I told you…I quit for a few months and now I make my own dedicated server and play on that…more control…Maybe your lucky,fingers crossed.

Still nothing :rage:… Honestly the official servers are the shame of the game.

If even for this kind of small problem they don’t do anything i don’t even understand what they are for.

We have the impression that they are doing everything not to keep their players, it’s sad :anguished:
