We posted an announcement about this situation:

Server rollback on Official 6457, 6458, 6459

Greetings Exiles! Following yesterday’s scheduled maintenance on some servers, we were made aware of a considerable number of player buildings destroyed or otherwise lost seemingly out of nowhere on a few Official servers. The affected servers are: 6457, 6458, 6459. To mitigate the the potential loss of significant progress due to this issue, we are reverting these servers’ states to before today’s maintenance period.
