99% at GPU 3D section

Hi there,

i got a Problem with running Conan Exile. When i look up in the Task-Manager the 3D is up to 99%.
Lower the quality and i still have some lagspikes.
If i autoconfigure the Graphicsettings everything is set to ultra.

My Specs:
CPU - intel i7-9700k
Ram - 16GB
GPU - Geforce GTX 980 TI
