Multiple times now I’ve left my base, put up an animal pen and a small building, leave after filling the pen, and get a notification 3 hours later that my animal pen has been abandoned then decays and is gone,

Make sure to place the animal pen next to the building and if possible on top of foundations connected to the base so the decay timer is shared.
I have multiple pens around the map, some vanish, some don’t, I can’t seem to find the reasoning, I always make sure it’s as close to my buildings as possible and such, but times still speeds through, same with my torches now, put them out last night, and went on today and they all decayed? Getting tired of all this work constantly for it to just vanish. It’s almost as bad as when temples used to vanish when you would hit them upgrade to level 3.
