Abandonment bug?

[HHH3]

I run a dedicate server on my computer.
The server launcher restarts at 6 a.m. every day and has a abandonment timer (360 hours).
But, when the launcher restarts, the abandonment timer is initialized(rollback to 360hours).
Is this a bug?
Or is there another setting?

Game mode: Online private
Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE
Region: korean

   Restarting a Server by Server Launcher Settings
