About tribe bug and lost every thing

Bug Description:

Automaticly quit from the tribe(only myself in this tribe) and lost everything .

Hellow , may i have some help please ! I played hardly in these game for serval days and spent a lot of money ,which made me get a magnificent progresses.But a problem which made me lost every thing (maybe is a issue or BUG)occured in yesterday (about2024.5.27 23:50 beijing time).
My game name is “marine55” and played in official server 1337 PVP ,and my game identifying number is “123#03257”.

The reason of this Bug is i estabished a tribe called “dda” at about 2024.5.27 21:00 .Then after 3 hours the system of tribe told me that i had kicked out from “dda” ,and all the things in the tribe before i have got are losing. Howerver, i never gave a order to quit from the “dda”, and i was alone in the tribe.It just a bug make me automaticly quit from the tribe and lost everything …

Please help me = =

Lost all the thing i have earned ,and it show me all things belong to “dda”.

Can you confirm that your character name is “marine55”, clan name “dda” and that you were the one that created this clan?

Did you had other players in your clan?

If possible, please, share us a screenshot of the event log and the clan page.

If you’re invited to a clan (and accept), all structures, consumables, crafting materials, thralls, weapons and armour sets you’ve built prior to joining become clan property. If you’re removed from the clan, you lose access to everything.

yep i know ,but nobody invited me and i didnt join any new tribe

In the tribe system ,it shows me i am empty without any tribe

It could be the decay system kicking in. What does your event log say?

Said nothing , it show normally .The funny is yesterday i took my slaves out to fight the BOSS of wolf , it indicated the slave is mine , but when i died , i was automaticlly kicked out from the tribe and all the things not belonged to me .

I haven’t logged on my game for few days , I miss my slaves and home .

Please as soon as possible to fixed it and turn me back to “dda” (●’◡’●)
