Clan Building Pieces Vanished

Bug Description:

Every single building pieces of my Clan has been wiped, left with placable items.

Bug Reproduction:

I am not sure what I Did but i was using steam overlay to chat with a friend while gaming. somehow when i press Shift+Tab to get back to game screen all building pieces vanish infront of me
