Bug Description:
I changed the clan name and lost the rights to all bases and lackeys, want to know what happened? how to resort to that, in the clan there is only me and one other person, and we both lost the right to everything in the clan, at the base it has the old name, and we can’t do anything, and as the clan still exists if it only had us two? for love, i dedicated a lot of time and effort to have my stuff, i play in pve to avoid losing everything, and what happens to me? help me
That was a not so uncommon issue about a few years ago, I think.
Players lost their belonging cause the server didn’t update their base.
For some this issue resolved itself upon server restart.
So there’s still hope it might be the same in your case.
Unfortunately I doubt there’s any active help anyone can offer you right now.
Also funcom doesn’t provide any compensation for anything lost to bugs or cheating.
