Died and was removed from my own clan,i started the clan and was its only member and now i cant access anything

so me and my friend was at my base, my clan was named Hi which was silly, so i changed it to brokenheartsclub, about a hour later i died on the volcano do to being pinned between my thrall and 2 mobs, i respawned at my friend’s base for some reason even thou my bedroll was at my base, i used her map and ported back to the volcano
and died do to heat halfway to my body, this time i respawned at my base and could not access anything, only to realize i was not in a clan and my Brokenheartsclub did not recognize me!!, so I’m now locked out of all my stuff, i relogged and reverified files, tried everything, any ideas?

Thank you for reporting your situation regarding your inability to access your clan.

In order for our team to properly assess the issue, could you please let us know if you are playing on an Official Server or Private Server please? In case you are playing on a Private Server, are you perhaps using mods?

Hi, thank u for your reply, im on official server 1509 g-portal, pve, my char name is Younghblood#78653 , no mods that i know of, any help will be greatly apricated thank you

HI again HighSaint, so i still can’t access my base or anything in it, Im on official server, no mods, G-Portal 1509, base decays in 118 hours, it says Owner-no owner, now, tried to upload a image but says new players can’t not do this, if u or another staff could help would be great, don’t
care about the building so much but all the pets and mats was giving to me by my friend

I think you need to make a ticket in-game or through zendesk for issues related to your actual character that need action.
Forums are more for reporting “generalized” bugs, so in this case your particular issue applies to both.

You’ve made the report here so the devs are aware it is possible to somehow get glitched out of your clan if you’re the only member, you rename the clan and then you die, but if you want action to be taken in your personal case and somehow reclaim your clan, that would be more of a Zendesk ticket area.

Keep in mind they have a policy to not refund any ingame items that might get lost due to glitches etc, however in this case if your clan is still around on the server with all your stuff, it would be just a matter of setting your character back as a member of the clan so you never know, worth a try :slight_smile:
