Admin help needed over bugged foundations on bridge Infront of our base

Bug Description:

Hello.
We suffered from an opposite clan member joining our clan incognito and obviously building glitched foundations in the bridge infront our base while he was a member.
We can not remove these blocks by any means.
Our clan doesn’t want to be affiliated with these unruly ways.
Is it possible for any admin to enter in contact with me?
We already suffered a wall/foundations clean… and 2 days ago a full cleaning of all wall/foundations/chest/vaults, basicly a full clean… Over a an enemy insiders building glitched stuff and massively reporting us with theirs friends.
Several of our members purchased extensions of the game and we would like to be able to play and build fairly once again without having the base cleaned every 2 weeks.

You can request ban information through zendesk .

You should also familiarize yourself with the official servers terms of conduct, so you don’t get banned again.
