Admin Settings Bug

I had to move into a new computer so I backed up and moved all the Conan Exiles files to preserve my worlds. I am not on a private paid server, just the free ones, so funcom should have saved game data without me having to. Other games do. It all transferred. However, there is now an admin settings bug. I had living settlements disabled and it turned them back on when I changed computers. I have tried repeatedly to disable it in settings and it will not allow me to uncheck the box. Yes I gave myself admin rights. I then decided to check if the other boxes worked. No, I cannot check or uncheck any box in admin settings. Also, disabling thralls use of beds and chairs does not work. They still use them. I now have zero control of my worlds which makes them unplayable.
Update: I had tried to report this bug in game but it said to report it here in the forums. So developers could ignore it?? Well, I figured out the solution myself, no thanks to the developers. We all paid for this game and the dlc. That means developers have the responsibility to make sure the game works properly but this game is glitchy AF and it never gets fixed.

You’ve confused me, you can’t change the settings on the public servers. Only private and single player. So not sure what you mean by “free servers”.

But if you have given yourself admin rights you are in single player, so all your saves are on your PC, not funcom’s public servers.

Yes, that is true. But not the issue you are having. No one has admin rights on the public servers.

There is a bug report template here, there should be one in game. But your issue was not a bug. You may have thought you were playing on a official public server but you weren’t. Not if you had admin rights.

If I read the OP correctly he is playing Single Player.

Go to “Conan Exiles / ConanSandbox / Saved” on your computer.
Find “game.db” and save and/or move it to a different location.

Start a new game with the settings you want.
delete the newly created “game.db” and replace it with the original “game.db”

OR…
Go to “Conan Exiles / ConanSandbox / Saved / Config / WindowsNoEditor”
And make the changes to “ServerSettings.ini” manually with notepad.
Make sure ServerSettings.ini isn’t flagged “read only”

In fact if you’re using windows 10 start with the read only check, because there is a read only bug in windows 10.
