Bazaar is broken

Bug Reproduction:

From a disgraceful launch of the new era, truly embarrassing and mediocre, to eternal bugs that have never been addressed, to one of the poorest customer service I have encounter in a game; I hate it that I love this game so much and have to put up with all their failings. Now even the bazaar doesn’t work, purchased the Aesir set 4 days ago, croms taken, but they never delivered the item. 4 days and they haven’t even responded to my ticket… 4 days. I guess it’s a bug.

No one understood what happened, it must have been a web glitch; I pressed BUY and CONFIRM, got a “thank you for your purchase”, and that was it. Apparently the sale did not registered and FUNCOM, they say they had no record of the purchase. Concerning CROMS; now I had to doubt myself if they were deducted or not. I must wonder if I simply “assume” they were deducted; I remember having more, but, evidently, since FUNCOM has no record of the purchase I guess I have to state that it must nave been me who made a mistake.

Make sure that you have the corresponding knowledge unlocked (You need master builder for all T3 sets) and that you have an active internet connection when playing the game.
All Bazaar content require online validation so any content bought from there won’t be available in offline mode etc.

Thank you for taking the time. None issues. Besides, that does not justify not getting a response to my complaint for 3 days.
