After the game crashes I very difficult to find my Thralls.

To level the thralls I have to add this as a companion. After the game crashes, they simply stop, reconnoiter or are on the way back to one of my bases. Unfortunately you don’t see where they are and you have to look for them or use option “save them”. Unfortunately, the inventory will be deleted.

Is there no way to tag a particular thralls? Or, to don’t lose the inventory?

Check out the Followers tab (between Clan and Map tabs). This will list your Thralls & Pets, with an option to track them - placing an icon on the map showing the location of each you enable tracking for.
