There are many, many things you can do around al-Merayah fortress (some mentioned in this thread Al Mera yah is removed? š), but Iām going to invite you to try at least one of them, in case you havenāt done it yet. It will only take you time and easy-to-craft gear.
Keep in mind that Commander Bakt-Nimlot can be staggered and poisoned, and that he hits really, really hard.
My toughest time fighting the Commander with weapons other than bows, is when the adds throw Demon-fire orbs. That usually meant a corpse run!
By the way, I am not sure who was the one that taught me where to give that first jump inside the fortress (I used to deal with some army and then climb). Was it @stelagel, @LostBrythunian?

Almost like i was doing it on absolute boredom.
After a time playing on pve servers you have so much dragon powder for no reason. To explode the ceiling you need ten jars. If your atributes are full vitality and full grit, you need no healing neither armor and nothing can kill you easy. The battering rum is extremely heavy, but 10 dragon powder, 10 jugs and 50 tar no.
All you need is the materials for ten explosive jars, a Musashi an elixir of numbing and a lasting feast, not even food or water.
You explode the ceiling, jump down and slay these 3, in seconds, grab the gold and bye bye.
