Just logged in on the official server I play on, got booted 10 seconds after, same as everyone on the server. Upon logging back in all my DLC stuff is gone. Everyone on the official server is affected by it.

The feats exist, they are purchased, but the construction hammer does not know of them any longer.
Same here. Just logged in and all of the stuff I bought from the overpriced bazaar is gone.

Could you verify the integrity of the installed files? Also can you double check to see if the DLCs are selected/marked for Conan Exiles?
If you are using Steam you can find this by right clicking on Conan Exiles - Properties - DLC
happened to me yesterday, solved by loggin again in three tries, when it happens baazar and battle pass stuff trend do disappear too.
Just occurred for me as well, I had access to them an hour ago and it just switched all my bazaar purchases off in the middle of playing, all steam DLC is still working just fine. I tried logging out, verifying game files, still all gone. However, I logged out of steam and tried another verify, and they are now back, not sure which part did it.
