I am missing my DLC Content

Bug Description:

I logged in for the first time in about a week and a half and noticed that ALL of my DLC content is missing. Not just building pieces; armors, shields, weapons. To clarify when I say my content is missing, not only are all of the weapons and armor that I created gone, I don’t have the ability to craft new weapons, armor, or building pieces in the menu. The option to craft the DLC content is missing.

I can show screenshots of my crafting table where I only have learned armors and weapons as well as screenshots showing that I own the DLC’s.

Please Help!

I am not exactly sure how to repro missing content other than:

  1. Step 1: Login to my account
  2. Step 2: build a smiting or armor bench
  3. Step 3: Look for any content related to any of the DLC’s I purchased and own

Just to check it isn’t steam doing something wonky - if you go to your steam library page for Conan and click on ‘manage my dlc’, does the list that comes up show them all with checkmarks against them?

Yup just looked and they were all checked off. I am new so I can’t upload an image just yet lol but they are all checked.

Darn, I was hoping that would be the solution, lol.
You said ‘no’ to mods, so that shouldn’t be a factor.

Have you tried verifying the game files through steam? (Maybe there’s something corrupted somewhere?)

If it’s not that, the only other thing I can think of is to maybe check with the server admin in case anyone else is having the same problem. Otherwise I really don’t know what else to check. Hopefully someone else with more knowledge might have some ideas. Sorry I couldn’t be more help :confused:

Try the filter, I also did not find my DLC but there is a filter on the work table, which in my case of PS4 alternates by running to the creation boxes and then pressing R3, then in the upper right corner it will say (all / none)

Hello, if you’re still having this issue, could you please try verifying your files?

In order to do so, right-click on Conan Exiles in your Steam library, go to Properties > Local Files and click on Verify Integrity.

Please let us know if this doesn’t work for you and we will try to assist you with a swift solution.

So I did verify my files and tried to load up and see if it was working, but the problem is still happening.

Hello again, have you tried using the filter feature in your inventory like @psn-deuswotan suggested? We see that many other users had issues with their DLCs and filtering was indeed the solution :slight_smile:

Yes it was the filter I assumed that “none” meant no filter lol my mistake. Still doesnt explain why all my gear went missing but atleast I can craft again. Thank you all
