I keep log in game every few days for years…all thralls disappered due to the decay time change to 240.

I feel your pain.
Me too. Its not even that I lost my Thralls.
Its all the gear, weapons and resources I lost.
I also had some uniques thralls from purges and the Tavern.
But its been reported multiple times now on the Forum. Funcom has said nothing about it.
I don’t get why they are so quiet about this. They should acknowledged this many days ago and revert the servers so everyone get their thralls back. Don’t wait this long to act and then revert the progress many players have made in the last few days, them they gonna have them complaining too.
I am not touching the game after losing 80 geared thralls level 20 which also had illusions on the gear and best perk with thousands of rebirth elixir 
as they got the early warning in the first 48h explaining in detail the problem on forum, yes they should have done what they did last year, but for an unknow reason this time they did nothing, even not .acnowledge they saw the problem… so i guess this is to us to know what it means and what to do with that.
