Alter bugged for Enlightened Staff of the Triumvirate on PS4

The alter is bugged and I can’t loot the Enlightened Staff of the Triumvirate. I’m playing on a PvP server for PS4. The alter is so buggy I can’t even open it standing in certain places. Is there any way to fix this? I can’t loot the staff again from The Dreggs.

You might have to aim slightly below the altar to be able to retrrieve the staff, please let us know if it helps.
