So I’m an Xbox console player and I want to purchase Conan exiles from my PC but I don’t know if it’ll transfer over all of the stuff I have recently bought in the bizzar on console so that I also have them on the pc

PC and Xbox are separate, so no.
however if you do the Xbox Ultimate battlepass which is the PC version you get to keep everything since your just using your same Xbox account, they have their own dashboard like Steam. So now you can play a PC version of the game (at better quality, if your gameing pc’s specs are better than your xbox, you should see the sand it looks like the floor is made up of memory foam matresses lol, also the draw distance is awesome) Also not only do you keep bazaar items, but also battle pass and all dlc packs.
Wrong. Gamepass version allows both pc and Xbox play with the same save as they belong to the same ecosystem.
Too bad it’s not the case with Sony consoles.
I have the base copy of exiles through steam which i gave up on.
If only they allowed you to keep your packs from any console and use them on any PC version of their game.

Ok, so only Semi-wrong because if they purchased the Steam verions then the answer provided by @FullMetalApe would still be correct.
