Is it possible to transfer my game save from the Xbox to PC via Gamepass?

I just tried to play Conan Exiles on my PC and my save data that is supposed to sync through Gamepass Play Anywhere has not sync’d to my pc at all. This seems like it could also be classified as a bug since my save data has not followed me to pc.

I mainly just want to take my game save from my Xbox so I can rent a G-Portal server using my xbox world data. I have had no luck thus far.

The gamepass for PC version of the game is a separate version entirely, and doesn’t support cross-save unfortunately.
