Huge lag spike last night that paused everything EXCEPT the chat servers (there’s a novelty!).
As of now, still can’t log in on any account (not even to the character screen).
What’s going on, and are we going to get any official word?

+7h down and still nothing. Nice, 5x paid accounts useless and its my only HOLIDAY to play!
exacly what I am having now: 3 accs active for my vacation I’ve started 2 days ago and unable to play 
…and now login servers are back online. A little bit of whining help always

I have not been able to log into any of my accounts for 7 hours now. Please investigate.

Edit: now it says my password is wrong!
Frozen and crashed out unable to zone again last night.
Now today, I try to log in to play and it lasts 10mins of not being able to buff and crashed out again!!!
Who is the bottleneck here, is it Funcom or Tencent?
Can we possibly get some stability in the servers again please!
Right now it seems that the grid servers are down.
Clicked on the grid in OA 15mins ago, still shows me with my arm out…

It’s 3rd time in a row that servers are down 8+ hours / While this game would be f2p that would not bother me, but I unfrozed (along with my sons) 5 accounts and tossed at FC merelly 100E and took days of job to have fun with kids here 
Yup, 6 of us re-subbed and are hoping to pop a year sub in later this month. We assume it’s someone bringing the server down.. Could be completely wrong though 
i can deal with arbiter not showing up half the time. i can deal with them shuttering ark. i can deal with no gms. i can even deal with exploiters as long as it doesnt effect me too much.
but if the servers are gonna be down this much, im not paying an extra dollar to this company
either they dont give a damn for it, or there is major issue in hardware that can’t be fixed just by turning it off and on again
Some kind of acknowledgment even from them would go a long way. Completely ignoring (even more than normal) their player base is bad business.
Well they’re totally down now - let’s hope it is to fix stuff
