In “Age of Sorcery Part 1” I completed the entirety of the battle pass and redeemed all the unlocks. When I logged into the server on 24 Dec, all of my ancestral knowledge from the battle pass and bazaar were gone. I had armor with battle pass transmogs and I cannot re-equip them. This problem also exists in single-player mode. Even the new Storglass Sanctum set is unavailable to me in game, yet it says I own it.
