How did age of war break me?

Bug Description:

missing last battle pass items on my account

Bug Reproduction:

i really don’t know?

so i don’t know what happened but last time i asked i got no responce so hopefully this will get a responce i can use.
i bought the game and got the previous battle pass completed on the last day of it (cost a pretty penny don’t recomend buying all the skips to complete all at once again. but hey i wanted the specialised storage pieces) the next day the game updated to the age of war… and all my
Ancestral Knowledge was empty and nomatter how many characters i start or how i use mods to try to add those storage pieces back to my knowledge tab they are gone even if i make a fresh install with out a single mod installed. So… did i waste aprox $70 before taxes to get these specialised storage pieces or is there a way to get them on my single player game?

You’re gonna want to file a report with the in-game system, Zendesk. You’ll want to use the category for purchases. I recommend showing them the receipt of payments as well. Hopefully they can get it straightened out for you.

The bug reports on here are not really for individual issues, such as purchase problems, unless it’s a widespread issue. I haven’t seen anyone else mention such a bug.
