Bug Description:

Lost access to all ancestral knowledge tab items from bazaar and unlocked battle pass.

Did you by any chance use a yellow lotus or natural learning potion?
Iā€™ve seen another report saying they lost all lore crafting feats from dungeon tablets etc by drinking a potion. Wonder if itā€™s related.

No I did not use either of those potions.

Ah I see, in that case is this on a different server / account or the exact same character you unlocked them on and all of a sudden they disappeared?
(If itā€™s a different character you might have to unlock the 0 point root categories first)

I was playing the game and tried to access the challenge tab and it said ā€œfailed to accessā€ When I logged out and back in a few minutes later the battle pass went through some sort of unlocking of all the current levels of stuff I have unlocked. Seemed strange but then when I went to look at the ancesntral knowledge tab all the normal stuff is there but nothing from the battle pass or bazaar that I have unlocked previously.

And now I just logged in being logged out for about 20 minutes and itā€™s all backā€¦

Ah, I see! that probably gives them a bit more to go on. I did notice a similar ā€˜failed to accessā€™ issue earlier today, thou I didnā€™t have anything disappear, it did require me to restart the game.
I think it could just be a temporary issue since these are always synced online with the funcom live services
