Just wondering if there is any idea when Living settlements are coming to live again(pun intended) on official servers.

It was released broken a year ago. Funcom tried twice to fix it then shut it off permanently. Sadly I doubt if the LS will ever be resurrected.
I also doubt if you will get any sort of reply from Funcom.

Permanently?? Well that sucks. I rather enjoyed living settlements and I was one of those who opposed the idea initially.

I’m familiar with the timeline of the LS, but been away for the last few months,
I’ve just come back to see the latest update and noticed that is still off on Officials.
I also saw this, but I believe they are the tavern’s customers and even use the Thrall Pot…
The EU official server I’m in had it on. Thralls were sleeping in the bed and hanging out around the fire.
My American official game still needed server reset so I can’t say but it was not on at the time I checked this am.

interesting… i’m on latam servers, maybe they just forgotten to turn on? lol
Forget about it… Just logged-in and they turned on the LS on #4515…
An odd coincidence, or there is someone listening…
God I hope to hell they don’t until it is confirmed fixed.
Turning it on some servers? Can’t wait to collect all those reports again

I’m on 2585. They restarted living settlements. This happened within the last 24 hours. Which I’m dreading. Because yay getting to deal with thrall bleed again. So all your crafters etc are at risk again. Nevermind they changed the nudity to none. Why did you turn living settlements back on? Why did you change server regions from NA to EU? And why are nudity settings so much more draconian? Especially in EU servers? Especially given historically those support full. I understand you guys are just pumping stuff into the game now just to try to get more players back. But doing stuff like this makes long time players want to quit the game. Plus the random additions to your favorites list. Why am I seeing more favorites when I never even went to those servers or favorited them? The game has a serious hacker problem.
So I’m not insane. I saw that this AM and just thought I accidentally logged into an EU server that has awesome ping.

How could I have forgotten?
This issue is currently occurring on both PS and Xbox.
At first, it seemed to be only occurring on the official Japanese and Asian PS servers, but as time passed, it also occurred in Latin, Oceania, Americas, and Xbox.
It’s not just that the region and game mode have changed; various internal settings have also been changed.
I reported it myself, and thanks to many friends, it seems that the developers have been made aware of this issue.
We are currently waiting for a response and improvement from developers.

it seems that the regions have been normalized and the living settlements turned off.
This issue has now been fixed. I have confirmed it.
