Anyone else have/had any issue with getting paid for currency?( Crom coins)

It’s been about a week currently since I paid for Crom coins on the Ps4/PS5 platform, the money was taken the moment I hit purchase but no Crom coins. Contacted Funcom support still no answer, trying to find help and answers before a dispute has to take place.

Contact Zendesk - Select In-game purchase. There’s nothing anyone on the forums can do about it typically. Also note you have PS tags on the thread and there was some issue with coins and playstations, idk if that’s fixed, but might wanna read this first:
