Before the “Age of Sorcery” update, a slave named Ap the Dressmaker could make Legendary Armor Patch Kit in the tinkerer’s bench. But now he can’t :confused:

Same with Zoara of the Marshes…

I have a feeling the problem is NOT based on the individual thrall
