Arcane Staff not working when changing key bindings

Bug Description:

I like to have the key bindings of light and heavy attacks switched. The problem is that the Arcane Staff does not work properly when doing this. Here is a video I made so you can see: https://youtu.be/0EGw3q-zPmk

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Change light attack binding from left click to right click.
  2. Change heavy attack binding from right click to left click.
  3. Try to use the Arcane Staff. It will not work.
