Game installed on Internal
Had the game with all but Argos
Bought argos from store it shows installed
In game on feats “Salvager” for the flotsam building items. Level 3 to unlock. It still has the green arrow to say I need to download it. Any idea why it wont download?
I play SP or Coop, but I even tried online and still wont download.
These are from Isle of Siptah DLC which is not yet available on consoles.

to add a bit more detail, in addition to the flotsam set (tier 1), the Stormglass set (tier 3) is also with the Siptah DLC.
