Most items from the Exiled Lands can be obtained one way or another. I unfortunately don’t have a list of them (yet), but maybe you can find it out yourself?

Hey there, Not all items or gameplay mechanics from the Exiled lands are available in the Isle of Siptah for design reasons. Siptah is still in early access and this could change during development.
