Asian Servers down..? AGAIN!?

Every Update, it seems PS4 server 4123 goes down. Then by the time it goes back up we lose everything. We have had to restart 4 times now… An its pushing us into quitting.
At one point we had a massive fortress with everything to aim towards the endgame. But the servers went down for about a month. An we died an had to start from scratch with just our levels. An our neighbor who was on so kind expanded an prevented us from rebuilding.
Please explain or fix this issue…

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Start the game
  2. Make sure your connected to the internet
  3. Open online servers listings
  4. Search 4123

how did the neighbour expand if the servers were down?

I don’t know why its always the Asian servers which takes the longest to repopulate on the list after every single update. The last time it was blamed on a long mandatory holiday, but what about the ones before hand and this current one? Server 4061 has been affected with each update.
