Your problem is not really clear to me, are you not able to play the game at all or just unable to access a specific server?
When trying to start the game/access the server, are any error messages shown?
I seem to be banned

Under ‘Request Type’, select Ban Appeal as the type of issue and providing information such as your character name, server and clan (if applicable).
