Hello, I don’t know what server it could be, I don’t remember having entered an official server and read all the rules, I haven’t broken any of them, I haven’t been able to play for about two weeks and technical assistance isn’t even aware of it.
Can you play single player?
Can you join a private server?
Have you filed a ticket with zendesk?

I can’t play even in solo mode and if I filled out the ticket to appeal to the ban but I really don’t know if that’s a ban or not, can you tell me if that poster is banned?

Ban wont stop you from playing single player, or on a private server. Bans are just from the public servers.
Try a clean reinstall, then file a ticket with zendesk.

If there are issues after you have reinstalled as per @DeaconElie then it would be useful if you could state, without giving any of your personal data, which platform your bought the game on - am guessing via ‘Steam’?

Only asked in case the issue was with the game licensing.
