"You Are Banned" bug: I'm not actually banned

So I’m getting this when trying to join my usual server. (Neon Eden roleplay server.)

This message is only when trying to join THIS server. I haven’t gotten in trouble whatsoever, and the Admins are at a loss. They all say I haven’t, been banned and they’re as confused as I am. They checked, and my account hasn’t been banned from the server so… what gives? It’s just a bug apparently but no one knows how to fix it.

It has to be a bug because -this- is usual message you get when you’ve ACTUALLY been banned:

Information on suspensions and bans

While suspensions are not open to appeal we do offer the option of appealing a permanent ban. We understand some might not always be aware of the actions taken by clanmates.

If you are unaware of the reason for a suspension or ban, please make sure you check in-game first by accessing any of our official servers. You will be prompted with the reasoning for suspension/ban and the duration.

As mentioned previously, please note that only bans are eligible for an appeal and not suspensions. If you would like to appeal, please feel free to do this through our Helpcenter 3.9k by selecting ‘Ban Appeal’ as the type of issue and providing relevant information such as character names, servers you’ve played on, and clans you were part of.

Yes hello I am not banned. I logged into official servers just fine, and every other server just fine:

Just not this one particular player run server.

As the post says, I am not actually banned. There’s no email, I can play on official and every other server just fine. (And the admins say I am not on any of the ban lists for the server.)

It would seem that this is some kind of bug: The message isn’t even the message you’re supposed to get when you’re banned from a server. Usual ban message says: “Could not connect to server. User is banned from this server.” This message just says: “You Are Banned.” (But I’m not…)

It logs me into the server, I can see my character for a split second, then it boots me.

This has been resolved; It’s a mod malfunction with ToT Sudo/ToT Admin
