I have been banned and never cheated

I signed in today into my steam account to play conan exiles to receive a notification that i have been banned ? I dont even know what to do or where to go about this i have never cheated in any game in any way shape or form i have a clean 10 + year old steam account with over $20, 000 worth of stuff on it i would never risk such a account, i recently bought a conan exiles server for 3 months for $400 and now im banned i have no clue what the hell to do and frankly im pretty angry!
