Attributes Deteriorate?

I spent points to upgrade my attributes so one of them was as full as it could go. Upon logging in earlier yesterday, I had noticed that it was no longer full and I have reached max level so will no longer get more attributes to add. Is this normal or a glitch?

I’ve never seen this.

Did you perhaps have a buff or gear on that was increasing the stat to 50, or was the base value at 50?

Do you mind uploading a screenshot of your attributes?
