I rent a server and am playing with my friends.
The game is very cool.
However, it is often not possible to connect.

There may be a problem with the Funcom online service.
Please tell me the solution.
I tried Battle Eye, Firewall, Internet option and PC and Server restarted but it didn’t help.
It’s useless when I can’t connect.
When I connect, I can connect easily without doing anything.

Please recognize it as a bug and do something against it.
