Authentication error

I’ve been playing Conan Exiles for a long time, and I have a rather sad problem. Has my main account been affected by some kind of bug? I can’t explain why every time I try to log into multiplayer and play on the server, I get a characteristic error (In the screenshot). My brother’s account doesn’t have this, we have the same network, and we play from the same PC. What should I do to get rid of this error?
