Why is this turned off in the first place??

I think it was turned off due to a bug where the god protection bubbles would despawn upon server restarts instead of lasting for the time they are meant to.
Probably related to the fix that Funcom put out related to god bubbles not going away at all.
Or maybe they were disabled because of exploits … which of course can’t be described on the forums as it violates the community guidelines.
it was also turn off because a dupe glitch allowed to dupe gods, on my official servers 20 gods were used by day the whole server is nuked, which is a little problem, especially when one day it was 50 gods used……
