Yeah, Funcom doesn’t have any way to contact you about your ban. Instead, if you want information about the ban, you have to create a Zendesk ticket here: https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Be sure to set the field “Request type” to “Ban Information (Why was I banned?)”.
