I play on a server where some clans undermesh, build around obs and have land claimed half of the map. I do none of these things and have reported the responsible clans who appear to have had no action taken against them. I tried to log on today and am banned. I have no idea why and have received no communication. How is this possible?
You can reach out to the community manager and ask why you were banned. They may or may not tell you why you were banned. If you file an appeal and they most likely will not review it until well after your builds are gone and even then they still won’t tell you anything. I’ve been waiting for over 5 months now and I still haven’t heard anything. My only advice to you is do not talk, kill, or even look at anyone else or they may report you for harassment and that is good enough for Funcom to ban you.

You can still play single player and private bans are only on official
