Good afternoon. I’m sorry to bother you. Me and my clan were banned from the official servers. Our clan was at war with two clans. They always insulted us in the chat, wrote offensive things. They’ve been trying to raid us for weeks, to no avail. Yesterday we repaired our base. Today we are all banned, and they are likely to rejoice and break all the work of me and my friends. We don’t use cheats, we don’t use textures. Our base is in Icespire Chasm. We do not block access to resources, places of interest, spawn locations for bosses or legendary chests. Please help us. We don’t deserve this ban.

Funcom do many things:
- They release updates that are full of bugs.
- They over charge for dlc.
- They take too long to answer queries.
But they never ban someone for no reason. Enjoy the private servers.
You’re right. They suspend and ban players based on reports, so certainly a “reason”.
Whether it is justified is an entirely different matter.
