Battle Pass AoW chapter 2

In my opinion AoW ch2 BP so far is the coolest battle pass ever.
Lovely decorations that I am actually going to use, and these armors, wow, and that whip, I can’t wait to test it.

Whip its just a rope for the thralls probably? Not actual weapon…
Yes i can agree, this BP look rich because of good quality (details) decorative stuff + some new cool pets.
But my regular complaint - 60 lvl reward. It should be always smth like from bazaar worthy. Not just a pile of coins (we already have plenty of it).
60 lvl reward should be not a single item but a mini bundle.
For example addition to Pyramid set, 4-6 elements for the building. Like AoS CH1 battlepass give us some building elements.
In that case that would be the BEST battlepass in this game.

According to it’s description it might be indestructible? It would be such a relief not panicking that the “rope” is about to break when you drag a Thrall across the map

That would be a signal for pay-to-win complainers to light their torches and grab their pitchforks.

While I usually defend battlepass for its value, I admit that this does sound scary.

The usual “Khitane door syndrome” - it happens with every update. There is nothing to worry about, nothing at all. And there is also nothing we can do :lab_coat: :stethoscope:

Having looked at hit after work tonight, I think I must agree with you here @Noqturn. There are a LOT of items on there which I find appealing. Giant snake pet, Relic Hunter pick, new bearer pack, cool armor, losts of new treasures, chakrams, the whip, a new chest, I tell you, I am definately fond of it.

Tbh i was expecting more… i was expecting to get those new pyramid buildings in battle pass not bazaar …

I’m liking what I see so far. Wanting to unlock that Ishtar statue - hoping it’s not too small.

It is great that we are now getting jewels from it.

The coin pile rework is much appreciated also.

Absolutely. I am looking forward to making the large treasure pile at level 60. I find myself becoming consumed by the lustre of all that shines, akin to Scrooge Mcduck or Montgomery Burns.

Myself I have RP lore friendly Aesir base, everything is wooden mixed out of base game, 3 DLCs and several mods. These new battle pass decorations are going to fit well - they look amazing, and their theme looks completely different than my base, my toon, my thralls - so it is really going to stand out as a loot taken from some other, distant civilization.

It’s going to look like in the promo videos - Nordheimers clashing with Stygians.

Don’t say it like it’s a bad thing. The multiple treasure looks will truly make the treasure room distinct. I like the fact that we can have multiple coffers, and use one for purging.

Indeed, I like the decorations too.
Too bad I won’t buy it.

I swore I won’t spend anymore money until Thrall, Pet and Weapons receive a GOOD balance. One that makes sense.

Conan was chasing after treasures all the time. We simply do not have the opportunities to waste all that money for the things Conan did because we’re stuck in a fantasy version of Botany Bay.
